Job Overview:
The Business Analyst co-op role will play a critical part in driving RTS Consulting’s growth by conducting market research to identify segment opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential customers for our consulting offerings. This role will also be responsible for creating compelling sales and marketing collateral that will empower our sales and marketing teams to effectively engage with prospects and clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers for SAP DM services.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, including key decision-makers and company profiles.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through research and development.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on research findings.
- Create high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, brochures, and white papers, to support the sales process.
- Develop targeted marketing content, such as blogs, articles, and social media posts, to enhance brand visibility.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve market research and sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on market research findings, sales trends, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- Understanding of market research methods, data analysis, and business strategy principles gained through coursework or internships.
- Familiarity with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) or an interest in learning about digital transformation in manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced, professional setting.
