Operators still need reliable guidance. Leaders still need confidence that the numbers reflect what is actually happening on the floor.

A backup supervisor may see the same dashboard but not know which open issue matters most. A technician may see the work order but not understand the history behind the failure. A quality contact may know the hold status but not understand the reasoning behind the decision.
